My oriental silk carpet was so dirty and worn looking that I felt disposal was the only option. I showed the rug to the cleaner from Aquamist who was optimistic about restoring it to a nearly new condition. I was told that I would only have to pay for the cleaning if I was happy with the results, so I sent the carpet to be cleaned. I wasn’t pleased with the results, I was amazed. My dirty old carpet is like new again! Thank you Aquamist!

Thank you for a job well done. I had my carpet cleaned twice by another company. The first time I had a reaction to the chemicals, the second time the odour was stronger. My legs and arms were swollen and red, and I thought I might have to go to the hospital. The odour lingered for many weeks. When you cleaned my carpets last week, it was done quickly, with no chemical odour whatsoever. In the future you will be my carpet cleaner, and I would recommend you to anyone.

Reliabilty
I have worked with Aquamist for over 6 years and would not think of using anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs. I can completely rely upon them to do the job in a professional and timely manner. I have recommended them to many clients with complete confidence knowing my clients will be satisfied and properly served. Fairness
Aquamist has recently demonstrated incredible fairness and commitment to their product and services. I had them clean my carpets on a recent move (8 month old carpets) from my condominium. The buyer was dissatisfied and said the cleaning was improper. I called the owner of Aquamist and they immediately inspected the work, researched the situation and called an independent evaluator to ascertain the work was 100% properly performed. They were more than fair in an unfair situation.
Respect
There is no doubt that Aquamist is respectful and courteous to customers. As a repeat customer, I know I am never taken for granted, and always treated in a warm and professional manner.
In conclusion, I feel Aquamist is an organization that sets an exemplary example in our community, as a highly ethical and professional firm.
